The Zac des Docks area in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine – a commune located in the northern suburbs of Paris – is undergoing extensive regeneration to bring its long overlooked wasteland into the 21st century.
For the creation of Influence, a major new office complex, one of France’s largest real estate developers, Nexity, called upon SAS International to deliver the metal ceiling solutions for this project.
Influence achieved BREEAM Very Good and certified HQE exceptional by NF Tertiary Buildings (NF Bâtiments Tertiaires - HQE® Passeport Niveau Exceptionnel).
SAS International worked in partnership with architect Jacques Ferrier Architecture, contractor Léon Grosse and subcontractor PMG on this project. SAS International was chosen for its quality, factory capacity, designs and technical expertise.
SAS330 Chilled Ceiling were installed in the building’s offices, meeting rooms, elevator lobbies, café and corridors. This versatile suspended ceiling system comprises the following benefits: design flexibility, total service integration, complete void access and partitioning unification; whilst providing natural cooling throughout the spaces.
Due to the project’s success, SAS has since been specified on phase two in the second part of this project, Influence 2. On completion, SAS International will have created a metal ceiling aesthetic that is equally consistent as it is stunning, across these two projects.
