Bank Policy Institute, DC
The Bank Policy Institute, a public policy, research and advocacy group in Washington, DC recently completed a renovation to their office space at 1300 Eye Street NW.
Working closely with project architects MKDA, SAS supplied their System 810 Tricell ceiling system in a Terra Brown (RAL8028) polyester powder coat finish for a classic appearance with a modern design. The System 810 Tricell provides a fully accessible, semi screened triangular open soffit membrane, that easily integrates with the required mechanical and electrical services.
The design called for a ceiling system to visually transition from one area to another, completed by a gypsum perimeter margin. A key benefit of the SAS product was the ability to color match transition trims around the perimeter for seamless integration.
