Corcega 331 is a luxury residential development located in Eixample Right, one of Barcelona’s most prestigious and architecturally significant districts, just a stone's throw from Passeig de Gràcia and Avinguda Diagonal. The project involved a full refurbishment of the original building, transforming it into contemporary, high-spec apartments with extensive shared amenities.

Upon entering the lobby, residents are greeted to a bright, welcoming space surrounded by natural wood and a host of textures. Above the doorway sits a bespoke configuration of our SAS200 hook-on wall panelling with a Gold Splendor PPC finish encasing the mezzanine. The triangular panels combined with the golden finish deliver a visually striking ceiling solution that matches the buildings high end stature. The main foyer also features SAS200 in our Leaf Small A/Maze pattern, finished in RAL 9005. The perforated design delivers a subtle textural contrast to the broader interior scheme, while maintaining visual openness for pendant lighting to integrate seamlessly through the ceiling plane.
