JLL, the global commercial real estate services company, employed TPG Architecture for the expansion and improvement of their offices at 330 Madison Avenue in New York City.
The project expanded JLL’s footprint in the building from floors two through four, expanding into the fifth and sixth to provide range of workspaces and amenities for their expanding team.
SAS International worked closely with TPG, who specified their linear raft SAS600 system in an expanded metal mesh finish. The layout of the rafts was carefully coordinated with the linear LED light fittings that sit in between each run of metal panels, each panel being fully accessible and polyester powder coat finished in RAL9005 black, providing a fresh and contemporary feeling to the JLL ‘Tech Lab’.
