SAS International was chosen by Michael Laird Architects due to a previous working relationship and collaborative team approach to design and fit-out. SAS delivered 2558m2 of sustainable ceiling solutions through the office space.
Offering design flexibility, the popular SAS330 was specified for the main office floorplates. The 1200mm lay-in tiles and bespoke 200mm C-Profiles were formed to dedicated sizes and allowed the team to maintain a full tile layout throughout. Perimeter services were installed at full tile replacements and at a 45 degree angle for a clean finish.
For the reception area, SAS600 feature rafts had an oblong perforation that oversailed the tile edges. In the basement corridors, SAS720 provided a slatted effect and a unique perimeter solution. This linear ‘plank’ system reduced the construction depth and will allow easy access and replacement in a tight void space.
