Whether driven by aesthetic needs or smoke extraction requirements, mesh is an increasingly popular material option. Specified in commercial, retail, leisure, and education sectors for its more refined industrial look as well as an alternative option to exposed soffit. SAS Mesh is compatible with many SAS ceiling systems and can incorporate M&E services and complex layouts.

Mesh Ceiling Options

SAS Mesh is available in a range of pattern and finish choices and can be fabricated to specific designs and shapes. The full range of RAL colours are available.

Compatible with SAS130, SAS200 and 205, SAS320 and 330 as well as SAS600 rafts. We are also able to manufacture mesh to bespoke specifications.

SAS Mesh can be created in round, diamond, square and hexagonal designs. We have a range of orientation options (see below) as well as finished and bespoke options.

Orientation

Getting the orientation right is key when using back or uplighting as well as natural light reflection. Mesh ceilings can create visually interesting effects and textures when employed properly. Because of the angles, the mesh can either reflect light back down or allow light to pass through. This can change depending on the orientation of the mesh and the viewing location.
