Doors

We offer a range of fully tested and certified door sets with a choice of softwood and hardwood frames or our revolutionary rapid fit aluminium XP door set.

All our door sets are manufactured to project requirements and are supplied factory assembled complete with vision panels, non-protruding ironmongery, and acoustic, intumescent and smoke seals. Door leaves are supplied with lift-off hinges reducing installation time on-site.

MDF LININGS

We offer a standard 30mm MDF lining provide up to 60 minutes fire performance. They are supplied as standard with a 12 x 32mm planted door stop to suit 75mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm walls, other sizes are available to suit specific project sizes. It is supplied with a 18 x 69mm architrave as standard. MDF doorsets can be supplied.

SOFTWOOD AND HARDWOOD LININGS

Our 32mm linings are available in matching softwood or hardwoods provide up to 60 minutes fire performance. They are supplied with a 12 x 32mm planted doorstop to suit 75mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm walls, other sizes are available to suit specific project sizes. They can be supplied as standard with a 19 x 44mm or 19 x 70mm architrave.

ALUMINIUM LININGS

Our 3” and 4” partitioning systems (System 3000 and 4000) door frames provide up to 30 minutes fire performance and can be used in 75mm and 100mm walls. They are available with square or radiused profiles.

RAPID FIT XP FRAME

Our depth adjustable aluminium door set can be fitted within 20 minutes reducing project build time and cost. It provides up to 60 minutes fire performance and is available in adjustable depths of 74–123mm, 118–165mm and 133–225mm. It can be supplied with radiused or square profiles.
