Project Highlights January – June 2025
Six months, four continents and some of the most demanding briefs in the built environment. From January to June 2025, SAS ceilings were specified in listed buildings, landmark offices, airports, showrooms and healthcare facilities around the world. These are the highlights.
The first half of 2025 saw SAS systems installed in a 145-year-old Grade A listed institute in Edinburgh, a premium office tower in North Sydney, an outpatient surgery center in New York and Norman Foster’s new terminal extension at Marseille Provence Airport. Alongside them: showrooms, workplaces and hospitality spaces across the UK, Australia, France and the USA.
Qanstruct Headquarters
Kew, Australia
The newly completed Qanstruct Headquarters in Kew, Victoria was designed by Bruce Henderson Architects for one of Australia’s leading design companies. With innovation and sustainability at the core of the projects design, the landmark fit-out project features SAS International Australia’s most adaptable metal ceiling system,SAS200 as well as bespoke SAS175 panel solutions.
Marseille Provence Airport
France
Norman Foster delivers new extension at Marseille Provence Airport Terminal 1, bridging the gap between Fernand Pouillon’s 1960’s terminal design and Richard Rogers’ 1990’s airside development.
The Airport was supplied with a range of SAS systems throughout, including SAS200, SAS600, and SAS710.
101 Miller Street
North Sydney, Australia
Located in the heart of North Sydney, 101 Miller Street is a premium-grade office tower and one of the area’s most iconic commercial landmarks. With its striking architecture and focus on sustainability, the building offers premium office space across 31 levels, a 4.5 Star NABERS Energy Rating and 6 Star NABERS Indoor Environment Rating, reflecting the commitment of owners, Mirvac, to superior environmental performance.
Long Neck Public House
Perth, Australia
The inviting hospitality space of the Long Neck Public House at Perth Airport fuses industrial design with comfort, offering both local and international travellers with a warm and stylish retreat.
The SAS200 Expanded Mesh Ceiling with its open, industrial aesthetic, was chosen to enhance airflow, simplify access to services and while also creating a visually striking design—perfect for high-traffic venues. The SAS740 Linear Baffle Ceiling elevated the acoustic performance of the space by minimizing noise and in doing so enhancing the comfort experience for diners.
Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Orthopedic & Spine Center
New York, USA
In June 2024 the Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Orthopedic & Spine Center (M.E.C.O.S.C.) opened a multi-specialty, outpatient facility in West Nyack. Designed by architects Gensler for Aspect Health Inc, this two-story, 60,000-square-foot building provides a best-in-class ambulatory surgery center, advanced imaging, physical and occupational therapy services along with the supporting cutting-edge medical services.

Alongside them: showrooms, workplaces and hospitality spaces across the UK, Australia, France and the USA.
The systems vary, SAS120 to SAS750, expanded mesh to WoodTones, but the priorities do not. Every space pairs the finish and appearance the architect asked for with measurable performance: acoustic absorption up to Class A, secure service access and materials engineered for decades of use. We have also included two product developments that specifiers should have on their radar.
MinRes HQ
Perth, Australia
MinRes HQ is a landmark commercial development in Perth that promotes architectural excellence, sustainability, and thoughtful workplace design. SAS International worked in collaboration with Progressive Materials, to supply premium metal ceiling solutions.
Porsche Centre
Newport, Wales
For this high-profile project, SAS International provided SAS740 Linear Baffle Ceilings, a system chosen for its superior acoustic properties and striking visual impact.
Dick Lovett opens new Porsche dealership in Newport, Wales, featuring SAS120 throughout the showroom space. This new showroom is one of the largest purpose built Porsche dealerships in Europe and is currently the only Porsche center in Wales.
Porsche Centre

This new showroom is one of the largest purpose built Porsche dealerships in Europe and is currently the only Porsche center in Wales. SAS worked in collaboration with main contractors Beard Construction and Pier Architects to deliver the SAS120 metal ceiling solution throughout the center.
Brevan Howard
New York, USA
In 2023, Brevan Howard renovated over 83,000 square feet on the 19th and 20th floors at 1345 Avenue of the Americas in New York.
The streamlined SAS170 system in a light oak dye sublimated WoodTones finish provided warm and rich tones, while creating an intimate environment with high acoustic absorption and insulation.
199 Bishopsgate
London, UK
Forming part of British Land’s Broadgate campus, 199 Bishopsgate has undergone a significant transformation to modernise the building, raise its EPC rating from a D to a B, and achieve BREEAM Excellent.
The space was supplied with a range of SAS systems throughout, including SAS130, SAS200, SAS330, Mesh, and A/Maze.
SAS TexTiles Active Stretch
The Active Stretch system provides boundless geometric options to the growing trend of acoustic fabric ceilings. Our introductory range features Camira’s famous Blazer, Blazer Lite, Lucia T2T, Quest, and Revolution fabrics.
In a world of concrete and glass there’s something deeply familiar and comforting about the look of wood.
Every one of these projects was delivered in partnership, from design intent and acoustic advice through manufacture to installation.
The second half of 2025 is already taking shape. Western Sydney International Airport moves towards its 2026 opening, our TexTiles and WoodTones ranges continue to grow, and SAS Recover is returning refurbished tiles to buildings across the UK. Wherever the next brief comes from, the approach stays the same: understand the design intent, engineer for performance and carry both through to handover. That’s how ceilings become Made for Generations.
