Stronger Sites, Smarter Investment

At our Maybole facility, a programme of site improvements has been completed to enhance the working environment for our teams and support long-term site capability. Office and shared spaces have been upgraded, accessibility improvements introduced, and the overall appearance of the site refreshed.

Investment in manufacturing technology includes the introduction of new laser welding capability at Maybole, strengthening in-house processing and improving responsiveness.

Built for Speed and Scale

At Bridgend, significant progress has been made through layout changes and equipment investment designed to improve production flow. A new cellular working model connects work centres more effectively, reducing reliance on traditional batch manufacturing and supporting more efficient throughput.

Additional capability enhancements include a new paint booth that reduces changeover downtime, as well as a newly commissioned sublimation oven. This represents a major capacity upgrade, particularly in support of demand from the US market.

Both Bridgend and Maybole will benefit from the introduction of laser welding equipment, helping to standardise and streamline this capability across sites.

At Bridgend, technical capability in turret punching and perforating has been expanded, strengthening specialist expertise. We are also supporting future skills development through a local talent stream offering work experience placements and apprenticeships, helping to build long-term capability while strengthening links with the surrounding community.
